Opinion About Flash Comics

Would you do it with or without any effects, audio or visual? Just keep it a simple slideshow or bother putting in narration, music, camera moves and the like?

i hate animated comics
i really really do.
like effects are fine, like if its flickering or something

but the whole THE CAMERA SWOOPS FROM DRAWING TO DRAWING ZOOMING IN ON WORD BUBBLES WHILE MUSIC AND VOICES GO HONK HONK HEE HAW HEE HAW

Either fully animate something or don't at all imo

It looks 'half animated' and just....I dunno. its weird.
