14-year-old Girl Threatens Rape

I don't know about you guys, but are you a little concerned that this 14-year-old girl, Bonnie Goa of El Monte, CA, is threatening rape? In this video (at 1:41), she threatens to rape the eighth graders at the middle school she just graduated from if they mess up with her school band. Why would she threaten rape; how do you react to this?

Because I don't care. I think she's got courage to threaten rape like that.
