Even if you did have an NG account, it doesn't guarantee you'd be eligble to do Monthly voting.It's awarded to special few (thousand) users who are either representative of the not retarded community or are one of the artists who received an award or other recognition. This is my 5th month. :3

if you are in the top 2.000 (or something, i think it has been extended) active ng users, based on expirience points, you can vote.
you also qualify for voting if one of your submissions in in there.

you get to vote if: you have been on the frontpage that month, OR have been in the top 2000 people in terms of voting on shit

i know MANY emo people a simple fact of the matter is that most DON'T cut themselves i know those type. there are a few who DO cut themselves i know them as well. the ones who dont usually like the style or the isolation and peace, the ones that do do it to feen and it help them relax knowing deep down they are alive and want to feel it after being completely numbbed by the pain felt everyday so they try to weaken themselves after they have become used to feeling every other kind of pain. example myself before i take my gym class i stab my shoulder to open up an old wound it helps me run better cause the adrenaline raises energy oh and phantox you are wrong um i think like 85 times the limit in 24hrs. Ok now back to the point at hand why would you simply stereotype someone when it is none of your business? mind your own damn business. oh and another thing emos do not usually want attention cause they believe no one understands them and are just trying to make them feel worse. so there is no point in speaking to the unless your like me and have depression so they think you can relate to them. oh and the point of their clothes it is to be further outcast and alone except a small group or perhaps(there is a few like this) actually like the clothing you redneck, tractor driving , short hair wearing, half clothed, cousin fucking , wrong turn 2 wanna-be, hicks. ok now that im done with my little rant im finshed speaking.( oh and a side note i was not speaking to you all just the intolerant sons-of bitches who cannot stop humping a sheep long enough to think before they speak.) thank you and goodnight.
