I'm actually a little surprised by how many people actually like dragon ball Z here. Normally if I had mentioned dragon ball Z somewhere else people would be like "Dragonball? HA HA FAGGOT"

we're the generation that grew up with DBZ

and for all its flaws it was a great cartoon with some genuinely interesting characters

i watched the first episode

they recap dragonball in like 2 minutes and then get on with dbz ep 1. it's kind of strange hearing the japanese voices. goku is voiced by a girl and i'm not used to it
