its for my experimental film, which is no longer all that experimental but oh well it should still be funny

anyways im gonna animate him some time next week. we already filmed the live action portion on an HD camera with a 35mm lens adapter and huge bright movie lights, it looks great

im excited about filming here because motion picture film cameras make everything look amazing. but im also nervous. the intersection its closest to is well known as the drug corner in westwood, and this has clearly been used as a drug den and makeshift homeless shelter before. a girl in the film school told me her boyfriend got mugged right outside the exact building ill be shooting in. but that was at night so hopefully we can go in during the day, get the shots, and get out. i went in there 3 times already and there was never anyone there. ill bringing a couple of burly friends for protection too. we're shooting guerilla style without a permit too so hopefully the cops wont notice us.

there's just a million great shots in there because its like a movie set that has already been built for you, only more authentic. a fuckin dream location for a creepy weird experimental film.
