Okay

 You should add an easier way to toggle it on the control panel or something though.

There is, in the "Option" panel but it doesn't open anymore for some reason.

yep. there is a simple way to fix it on the top of every topic page, but the drop-down menu has been broken for years and i have tried to fix it in the past with no success.

Whilst being connected through a proxy, which I permanently am, you can see the linear and non-linear options at the bottom of the page. They're text links.

It depends on the computer. On this one I am forced to use web proxies, because Tor does not allow me to post replies on this forum, yet it allows me to post threads.

On my other computer, I am being connected through a proxy server (no program or website) directly. I never really cared too much about these things but I could ask if that interests you.

edit;
To answer your question though, the options can be seen when you are connecting through web browsers that have some special script settings applied to them. So it doesn't work with all of them.

Well take a screen shot of what you see and later today I'll boot up foxyproxy and tor to see if I see the same.

I just tried to find the same proxy I used and I am almost certain that it was unblockingfacebook.info but the linear and non-linear links which I had seen at the bottom of each page when I browsed as a logged in user disappeared.

rtil

i think to remedy this i will simply remove the broken options box and create a small menu. really it only needs one button, "fix crappy layout"

LordZeebmork

wait mamind why are you always on a proxy?

I'd do that but tor is slow as fuck and I can't stand web proxies
let's all set our phasers on "boring"
