Pingo Tartz is a subterranean entity from another plane, he has descended from his throne to do battle with all he encounters in a fitful rage.



Pingo has 3 special abilities.



While Pingo's left leg only moves at one centimeter per second, the velocity of Pingo's right arm is directly nonadjacent to the maximum limiting strength of his jaw. His belly button acts as a grapping hook, while his torso is smaller than his head.
