Ive already got 3 ideas! So i hope all of you make some wonderful things!

DEADLINE Try for Nov 1st just to be prepared! If itll take you longer than thats fine, I can't garauntee yours will be in the final version if it takes longer than Nov. 1st however! Chances are it will be if its in a reasonable amount of time within that date. Submissions will be accepted no later than Nov. 20th with or without Brawl being finished. Good luck!

Everyones allowed to make something. You can still make something and show it off and if everyone likes it great! However if I and a number of people dislike it then it wont go in the collab. But you can always submit it on your own account if you feel like it
