ok so last week i was moved to scotland where im stationed for the next year. it rains alot and the people talk funny

anyway with a new base comes limits on my ISP. i have my internet set up just fine and dandy but xbox live refuses to fucking work

if anyone knows about networking and.. things pls help
i want to pwn the n00bs  

heres what iv tried

i am dead

<+wwchicken> and it was gone
<+wwchicken> then i turned the light back on and there it was again

I JUST did this with my friend. We just bridged the connection with his computer so that they could both connect over wireless.

what type of router is it? cause xbox can be really picky about that. i've had that problem too sometimes (cept with a wired router). but yea you need the wireless card thing but if you can go wired it may help
as India tech support always tells me, restart and reset everything a million times.
