I like the idea of having a flash wikipedia. If it worked, it would be an amazing collection of knowledge. However, there are problems like animator's personal preferences and opinions that may be voiced through the editing system etc.

Even so, I think it would be a lot better than an FAQ, just for the fact that there would be a lot more information available in a flash wiki in a shorter time scale. I think an entire Flash FAQ would be a seriously large amount of work for you Rtil.

Yeah, I thought it said fag. I vote faq though, because I'm afraid that if you try to do this whole wiki thing, you'll get too lost in it to do flash work, and that would be too bad :[

i'd try my very best to avoid such a thing. the problem with the FAQ is that i'd be doing it all by myself. that would get in the way of my flash work. with the wiki, everyone could help me.

Yeah, you're right. Also, with wiki, we could put up tutorials and stuff. The flash wikipedia article isn't close at all to what you're talking about. I didn't really understand the whole idea before, but now I kinda get it.
