Anyway, the style is good, and I like the color tones and shading. The look of paranoia makes a good touch. I like it.

skin tones are pretty bad, try choosing colors closer to white and more redish/yellowish, like very light peaches.

your shadows are hardly even readable, don't be afraid to choose much darker colors for tones, otherwise it's not even worth bothering.

and just because you're working in photoshop doesn't mean you have to soften every damn tone you make. you're used to vector coloring in flash, and don't be afraid to do that in photoshop as well. you work in painting software by laying down the shapes of color first, then you smooth them out if you desire the look.

the term, "he's white" is not literal.

He looks more purply-lilac than 'white', like he's stopped breathing or something.
Like rtil said, the shadows are too light, and you need to use more (like on the inside of the ear - it tends to be darker) as well as perhaps using reference to make the shadows and highlights seem a bit more realistically placed ('specially on the hair).

mabey one of our screens, monitors, what have you. is messed, because i'm seeing it in Grey and white.

It's probably my own eyes. I frequently confuse light grey for a light lilac colour and vice versa. It gets on my nerves sometimes, because it happens with really light browns too.

i know how you feel, i do the same thing with dark blue and black, i can't for the life of me, tell the difference.
