lmao i hate that show, the humor pisses me off. it's gross but not gross enough to be funny. the characters are hollow and selfish, and i hate them as much as they hate eachother. animation is an interesting style, though. it's got that jittery thing you can do in flash with the frames.

I quite like that there are no real "good guys" there; Double-dee, Jimmy and that crazy bald guy come close, but they all have dark sides and conflicting philosophies. And the biggest bad guy is (half of the time) the main character.

also the animation style is jerky because its completely frame by frame, no video editing or anything. plus its outlined by a paintbrush and hand painted.

what i meant was i thought that's what made the show unique. i liked that about it

Ed Edd N Eddy is one of the few shows CN continues to air (atleast in Sweden, I don't know about the US) that is really good. All the new things are some sort of americanised anime

I used to watch it when I was younger but stopped several years back.

I still watch it when there's absolutely nothing else to watch.  Like a last resort, so to speak.  Thankfully there's always a good game to play, or something to browse on the internet instead.

Not that I'm saying it's bad or anything.  It's just one of those shows that irritates me, but still holds enough ground to keep me around till the credits.

That show used to be my favorite show on Cartoon Network. Heck, the first post I ever made on the internet was on an Ed, Edd, n' Eddy board back when I was twelve. >_> I haven't seen that show in years but I probably wouldn't like it very much now. Sadly, I think they ditched the traditional frame by frame animation in the later episodes.

I love this show, and it's one of the only ones that actually has a unique style instead of being flat/geometric or wannabe anime like everything else on cartoon network.

I could've sworn that Danny Antonucci did a cartoon called "Son of Satan" that's like Ed, Edd, and Eddy (albeit much, much darker and sinister), but apparently he didn't.
