today, Usain Bolt made history and broke the world record for fastest 100 meter dash time in a stunning 9.72 seconds.

I'm gunna beat dat.

I thought about training to be an Olympic runner. Is the qualifying speed 11 seconds still? If so I can do it.

hey whats your guys' best 1 mile time?

11 minutes lmao
it was much better than my first mile, which took me 16 minutes. i sprinted the first lap and wow that was a bad idea ok

my mile time best: 5 minutes 20 seconds but i'm a distance runner. yea running around the track gets kinda boring i much prefer cross country. tryin to break 19 minutes for a 5k

my best mile ever was 7:40 somethin in like 4th grade

none of my other mile runs have ever come close lmao

usually I get between 8-16min mile runs

more on the 16min spectrum nowadays what with me being an out of shape teenager
