okay, so since i don't actually have any finished flashes, i'll just show you two pics from a flash i'm working on called "Wacky Tobaccy: Worse than Cracky" It's kind of a cross between Reefer Madness and the Twilight Zone. This was done freehand on my new(old) aiptek drawing pad that my friend gave me for christmas.... so... yeah! These are just the faces, obviously, but the flash does actually include bodies and character animation... =D

I thought that guy looked familiar. I'm just not used to seeing him in color.

twilight zone is awesome.

anyway, the characters are good, a lil too realistic for me but thats just your style. i dont know how these would work in animation though, youre either very good or the animation is very subtle.

one thing id improve is the mans upper body, his shoulders should be more broad, wider. also, add some depth to the whole, collar area so it doesnt look like its stuck to his neck.

these are super-close close-ups. =D For the actual animation they're a lot smaller, with a combination FBF and tweening... not very subtle, and i'm not necessarily very good, but i am putting a lot of time and effort into making it look as good as I can... thanks for the tips, will do.

I'm kind of going for an animation style similar to this guy's

his is a little more like DC comics, but i'm aiming for similar character animation...

i'm thinking of doing the whole movie in black and white like both reefer madness and the twilight zone. the original script is actually for a school project on satire. we're going to be filming the live-action version this week, and i'm just going to be making the flash in my spare time, in addition to my 20938765 other projects.

never liked the realistic pencil tool look
it makes it look flat and boring imo

are you doing the animation with the line tool as well? :|

probably.. but they'll be thicker than these pictures. at least at 2 or 3, and i'm going to have more 3D shading... definitely a WIP..
