People play Halo for the story? When did I miss that bulletin?

Halo exists for the same reason most Quake-esque first person shooters exist: to run around blowing shit up.

Going into one expecting some deep experience is silly. And that includes Half-Life and Bioshock, much as I love those.

You'd be suprised how nmany people i know get in my face about the games i play because the story isnt as involving as Halo's. It's dumb.

I personally play games for loads of different reasons. And if I'm going to run around and blow shit up, I'll stick to Timesplitters and Team Fortress. Nothing like trying to gun down a ninja monkey.
