Unless

eyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

QuoteThe mounting evidence for the Medicinal benefits of Cannabis based medicines, for use in conditions such as Cancer, Epilepsy, MS and Chronic pain, has shown that patients get significant relief from suffering such as distressing nausea,  poor appetite,  muscle spasms and  pain. Patients benefit also from reductions in the use of other prescription drugs with more severe side effects and addiction risks such as Opioid painkillers and Benzodiazepine sedatives. This has also reduced the number of fatal overdoses of these and other alternative prescription drugs. Cannabis has no association with fatal overdose and no deaths internationally have been linked to its use, giving it an enormous therapeutic advantage.

Jon

does anyone here enjoy smoking weed?

slack

if the mood is just right, yes

i never smoke just to "get high, man"

i've always been 100% for legalization even when i didn't smoke.  anything that undermines the pharmaceutical industry is okay in my book.

some of my best friends are career smokers so i get to try some super good bud now and then. i cant fucks with dabs or spliff or anything like that tho.
ultimately i think beer will always be my sedative of choice !

Well, it's not going to undermine the pharmaceutical industries because it's currently illegal to homebrew the stuff and I doubt that's going to change — just that now it'll be government-grown and the unofficial price will likely plummet (or at least one can hope) compared to what it is currently, also you probably won't be asked to leave pubs if you're caught smoking it there.

This has been approved but it's not clear when it'll actually make its way into pharmacies yet, and I'd be interested to see how they recommend you ingest it (bongs, tobacco, fuckin' brownies, or what?)
Mostly I'm just looking forward to drunken dudes with beer goggles me offering me weed now as opposed to cigarettes.

And obviously the actual medical properties that have been touched on are an indisputable plus to whom it may concern.

as someone who's lived in a state that's had legal weed not just for medicinal but also recreational use for 2 years, it's still cheaper to buy it off a dealer, but the industry does bring in a fuckton of revenue to the state. the most important thing about it is that if its' on you you don't get thrown into a prison with violent criminals for what used to be a felony (although the feds still could if they cared)
