hate to derail geno's thread, but since you asked about it..

the thing i did was different in that it wasnt a one man thing but more of a collab thing. the idea was that someone was supposed to pick up the story after i did the first chapter. but, like most tba collabs, no one picked it up (even though several people promised to)
people made up their own characters, some based on their online personas, some completely different ones and posted them in this thread and after 1000 months i made a comic out of that
