i tried playing this once and got bored at 512 and spammed the arrow keys until i lost

you have to be organised if you do it randomly it wont work

It really isn't hard once you work out the system, it's just time consuming

So it might actually be interesting to know that this past week i was in a programming contest where the code was all based with 2048.

My team didn't quite manage to finish on account of my partner forgetting to count the number of merges. Still a fun time.

My feelings towards 2048 right now can be described as: i really just don't give a shit anymore. after beating it everything got really really annoying because i just couldn't see the point of continuing. besides, after the contest was over i took some of this weekend to write an auto-solve method that continues after the game is beaten. writing the code was a lot more fun than playing the game.
