Might be a wild guess, but I wouldn't be surprised if Adelie shows up again, and actually older. Considering the discontinuous nature of the series, and the fact aliens don't necessarily age at the same rate as humans, she could be an adult by the end of the series and it would still fit.

Is 13 episodes for the series set in stone or do you think they might pick the show up for a 2nd season?

Episode 13 is amazing. It's easily now my favorite episode alongside #5.

yeah i was definitely getting brave little toaster vibes from the island of dreams. strong episode to end out the season. there was some interesting animation in the finale, at times it was hard to tell what was going on but it looked cool so w/e.

also find the recurring theme of dr. gel's experiments inadvertently affecting dandy's crew to be amusing.
