So I'm interested in buying games and CDs online and it seems like I can get the best deal at Amazon however, this thread has made me worried about them. If I say, buy CDs and video games with their free shipping offer, should I be worried?

don't ever use their 'super saver shipping' or anything that requires you to tack on 'memberships' to your account. they will charge you money, and it would only be profitable to you if you purchased hundreds of things from amazon per year. you already don't have to pay taxes (if you don't live in new york), so just pay the damn shipping. it's a scam
