Considering how Yahoo.com is the most visited website on the internet and considering how successful of an internet provider they are, working at Yahoo will probably be a fairly high paying job for him. Unfortunately, not that many people truly know who works at Yahoo where with NG, many site regulars know who's part of the staff. Ross has been a very important programmer in the past so chances are, Rob will probably do a pretty good job as well.

With the exception of Stamper, yeah, you're right. Some of the things Stamper does somewhat encourages the community to act in undesirable ways which is unfortunate.
