I use SAI. I like to stick to a cel shading/animation style as my own personal preference, although learning how to paint digitally would be a useful skill too. I'll try it, someday.

what OS are you on? sometimes on windows the built-in tablet drivers conflict with the wacom ones. you also might try different usb ports.

another thing that may have happened is your tablet might be malfunctioning due to a faulty cable. what kind of tablet do you have?

Oh yeah, I got a new tablet. Brand new Intuos. Draws very smoothly, I like it.
