it has a style throwing back to 80's anime with some modern touches, about a robot who can't die in a post-apocalyptic world under "the ruin" which he caused but can't figure out how. casshern learns just a little bit about himself every episode so the pace is fairly even. i like it, but it's definitely a hard contrast from deadman wonderland

Not sure what you problem is... FLCL is a pretty nice, yet unconventional show and I think that reairing a rather experimantal ova such as this show on the new toonami block indicates a step towards the right direction...

the thing is, FLCL has already been on adult swim. they've rerun it probably a dozen times if not more. not that i mind too much, but it would be nice to see new stuff instead.

i'm surprised they aren't rerunning deadman wonderland since it got good ratings. but i'm all for new content. at least new to toonami anyway.

Yeah content new to toonami is definitely the best news in my opinion, no one wants them to get stuck rerunning the sames shows like adult swim sometimes does.


I'm sure deadman wonderland will come back eventually anyways
