screwing around with my design

his name is sev (?!?!??!). his power is KIND OF COMPLICATED, basically being the ability to infuse his very being with water molecules and collectively control bodies of water like puppets. by infusing his being with said water, he can give it "commands", which changes its molecular structure. despite having powers throughout his entire life, he's seemingly extremely inexperienced and finds really roundabout ways to use his powers for some unknown reason and is always coming up with new (occasionally stupid, sometimes clever) uses for his abilities. sev is apparently from a school called "hentai high", and dropped out for reasons he prefers not to talk about. after failing to ever get laid at said school, he's decided to come to the story's support group, hoping to meet girls with low self esteem to try and score with. he's really moody and argumentative and kind of a dick.

strengths:
- has a really useful power with a lot of versatility and possibilities, mainly in areas with a lot of water

weaknesses:
- very physically weak
- his abilities (including all steps of infusing his energy with the water, keeping control over the water and especially changing the structure of the water) each cost energy, collectively taking quite a toll on him.
- he can only use water from his surroundings and has no way of creating it, so his material source is limited. additionally, if he changes the structure of any water, it automatically evaporates after use, further limiting his water supply.
- has less control over water if it's diluted with another substance, or in another form than liquid (solid, gas), and is thus weak to extreme temperatures, especially extreme heat.
