i just cant stand that purposely awkward humor he does, it's also just like adventure time in the writing department and that's why i don't like it. also he can't draw

it's not like adventure time because that show wasn't so boring last time i watched it

more and more pen ward seems to be going with this style where nothing really happens, all the characters are just standing still explaining what's happening around them and trying to cram some jokes in.

i don't think he actually wrote much of seasons 1&2 of a.t. but those were the best, full of shit actually going on and being shown rather than told, and the art still felt fresh and stylish - it does suck that his other creation looks EXACTLY like adventure time.

not a fan of his works, that was actually the first thing i saw from him. It does look exactly like AT but I guess he wanted fans of that show to notice this one immediately just by style.

also, considering the demographic that this show was written and animated for, i'd say it's appropriate with the ridiculous jokes.
