you've probably noticed the forum looks way different. hopefully better  still some minor things here and there i need to work out, but overall it's done. if you notice anything weird, tell me where it is and i'll go fix it. this forum comes bundled with hundreds of images and an enormous css stylesheet to boot, so there's a good chance i missed something. anyway, i hope you like it. as time goes on the rest of the site will begin to look like this.

Yeah, it's looking nice, only one thing though. Change the link font color, make it a little brighter you can barely see the links.

now that is hot. and i agree the link font colour isnt visible enough against the background, too dark, but apart from that awesome

which link though? you mean the one that says the backalleys > Main > The Backalleys? there's lots of kinds of links with diff. colors.

Yeah, the bar that you said.  I think the main problem is that some people don't have their monitors adjusted properly, because the colour chosen for the 'backalleys > Main > The Backalleys' link highlight is a gradient very close to the background colour.  Mine's adjusted though, so it's seen easy enough.  What I'd change though is make it that when you highlight the links, make the selected links light up, instead of making it go darker into the background.  It'd be a bit like switching on a light source to a part of the factory theme in the background... or something.

One thing I did notice before I had to log in was that you may need to change the text in the white bar where it asks to log in or register.  When highlighted, they're the same colour.  Of course, that might just be on purpose, so it's probably a cool thing.

Very cool new look for the place in any case.  Makes it look more unique and professional.  Is there a way to make the factory background side blend more with the gradient of the black on the right?  It's hardly noticeable when there's a writing window up, but when you make a new post, (when there's a lack of stuff covering the background) it looks slightly disconnected from the rest of the page.

Also the my account and that. It's readable but just a little dark.

Besides that, great layout.

look much better, i like the color scheme, the subtle transparency and the add reply and post new topic buttons
even if there's no hope, I'm trying to save Danny Phantom anyway.

I'm undecided, this is more visually stunning, but the last layout was so easy to follow and read.

The finished project looks much better than it has for the past few weeks. I love it. Good job. But year the "the backalleys>Main>The Backalleys>new forum layout launched" links are way too dark, as I said last week. Looks great though.[spoiler]Hello[/spoiler]
