So yeah, North Korea sends off people who either didn't attend planned events to mourne, didn't cry at those and also those who seemed insincere. Looks like the labor-camp inmates will soon have a lot of company.

They also hire well dressed people, joggers, etc to just walk around the "public" areas of north korea that outsiders are allowed to view
