whoa whoa whoa there bud. no, you need to have a general idea first before hand, that's how you get people interested in it. or at least start with a vague idea of what you want so that people can elaborate on it together to come up with a solid concept.

then you will see if people are interested or not. it's like suggesting to throw a pool party, but you don't even have a pool.
