Why's this one in Entertainment and the other one in General? This place is a mess!

Well, we already talk about video games here and this thread is about video games.

YOU NEVER UNDERSTAND ME! I HATE YOU!

everything i wanted to post has already been posted

wow even the i-ninja soundtrack

"He was shown the smallness and tinsel emptiness of the little Earth gods, with their petty, human interests and connections - their hatreds, rages, loves and vanities; their craving for praise and sacrifice and their demands for faiths contrary to reason and nature."

"...it stimulates the part of the brain called "shatners-bassoon", and that's the bit of the brain that deals with...time perception..."

Necroing this thread to post about Lost Kingdoms II, an underrated card-based action-RPG with one of the most beautiful soundtracks ever made.

Lost Kingdoms 2 - Intro Cutscene

Lost Kingdoms 2 Music - Bhasea High Road

Lost Kingdoms 2 Music - Obeonix Gorge

Lost Kingdoms 2 Music - Plains of Rohwahl (slower version)

I really liked From before Dark Souls. Never got around to Lost Kingdoms II. Maybe I should.

Dodonpachi Saidaioujou OST - Niji (Stage2)
I wish I could be Cave music. Manabu Namiki's work takes everything I like in a club/videogame track and combines them.

I've actually never played the Souls series, but my friends can't stop cumming over it. I'm tempted to play it just to see what From is up to lately, I'm just sad that we'll never get LK3. Also, they're not scored by Kota Hoshino who is like half the reason I liked From titles in the early 00's so much anyway. I haven't touched an Armored Core title since AC2: Another Age.

You should pick up LK2 if you have spare time. I mean, I guess this is mostly nostalgia goggles talking, but I think it was pretty good for a GCN rpg. Good enough that I never sold my copy anyway. I'll probably end up playing through it again this year.

I mean, it's certainly better than any western open world RPG. That said, OW games just aren't my thing. I don't like character creation and need a (good) story/hand holding.

I still play a lot of GC games and I'm not really bothered by how old a game is. I played Baten Kaitos Origins (another good GC RPG series) last year and enjoyed it (don't remember much of the music, it wasn't as good as Xenoblade (speaking of OWRPGs).

Shinji Hosoe is another one of my favorite composers (known for Ridge Racer, Custom Robo, Xenosaga Episode 2 and the Zero Escape games). I wish this game had gotten an official soundtrack release because it was one of the best on PSP.

Fate/Extra - Battle 1
