She kind of has monkey lips/jaw. Try and work on how you space that part out. right now its super round and he has no chin.

nice. it looks alot better, but her jaw line is still to straigh and rides right up to her ear. check out a profile picture of somone, there jaw isn't this diagonal ruler line to the ear.


but you can def already see an improvement even with such a small change.

Haha your latest is totally BADASS. Insanity limbs rule. Fuck standard perspective and proportions. Experiementing is awesome, to the max, or something.


Seriously though, i like it. The head could use some sprucing up though, its very circle-y, and uninteresting.

if you look at his right hand its obvious that this was inspired by rtil's stuff

Looks good but the heads a little too small.

the perspective you're going for is really difficult, and proportions of his body aren't matching up with the camera angle. i would suggest getting proportions right with profile and front views , then studying reference on extreme lens angle shot and how things fade into the distance before getting into them

Agreed. Im trying to get into similar angles myself. Takes some time, but worth it in my opinion. For now i only do side views and front, above (bird perspective) and some other shady angles that i cant describe.

But looking good so far. Rtil influenced, but youre gettin the hang of the thing with perspectives and likewise anatomical body parts. Very good.

Oh but im not saying that its a bad thing, absolutely not. Im just saying that its a good way to practice, especially when you have an artist like rtil as your role model. Look, im a bit anime/tartakovsky/andrew dickman influenced. Of course we need something to look up to. Dunno how someone can stay influence free from all other artists while creating a style of his own, but id say its pretty normal that most of us learn from all the other artists out there.
