i finally played the first one! i adore it, it's gallons of fun. the second one had better chapters imo. anyways i'm rambling. anyone else a fan of the series?

Yes, I am Flan. But I really only played the first one so Idk if that counts. But I enjoyed it immensely.

The third one was pretty naff compared to the first two in my opinion.

I could never decide whether I preferred the first or second though.

i totally agree. the second one had more content, but the lack of emdgame content in paper mario pisses me off.

i think i prefer ttyd's characters(save for Goombella). i hated the partner upgrades though asdf.

so, how does paper mario wii stand as a game in general?
