If I may say so myself, it's as always. Nice shading but really shitty drawing. (It's almost 11:00am, and I haven't slept yet, but it doesn't really explain anything!)

yeah, shading looks freaking amazing. you've really nailed that style down. problem with the drawing is that there is no structure to it. the face doesn't line up with the features, neck is huge but shoulders are too small, stiff pose, awkward arm positions. i'll post some ways to sketch bodies sometime. you should practice hand sketching more to get a handle on bodies and poses.

yeah the face is pretty shitty and the arms are a little strange in their placing, alsoi the neck is really rweally fuckin wide
