The pencil shading is decent.

Have you previously tried to study anatomy? I dont really like to use the wooden model as a reference.

Wade looks too black... I think it's the hair around his mouth making it look like he has huge lips.

Theres not a lot of resemblance to wade, other than his beard thing.
You should work on the face shape to make him more recognizable.

It looks like for most of them you didn't sketch em out first, you went straight to drawing. And although it seems you have a nice grasp of anatomy in its basic scheme, it falls apart in structure.

Also is it wierd I recognize the character in the first pic? (the best one in my opinion too)
