Wasted FPS potential? That's not Nintendo's fault. Chances are, considering how excellent the controls were in Metriod Prime 3, there will most likely be some good FPS games in the near future.

there's a slew of poor ports of some PS2 World War 2 shooters with wii wiggle control added.
And the Conduit, a new first-person shooter that has been hyped to hell and back. And a simple look at the screenshots shows that its not living up.

Metroid Prime 3 was a LAUNCH TITLE. Everyone who wants to play and beat it has done so.

Also, within a year and a half of the Wii's release, gamers got games like The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Super Paper Mario, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Mario Kart Wii so it's not like they've completely failed their longtime customers.

We don't even know what Nintendo plans to do this year. Let's just wait and see. For all we know, there might be an F-Zero sequel, a Pikmin sequel, and a sequel to Animal Crossing this fall. So far, I'm pleased with the library but I'll admit SSB:B got way too much hype and didn't fully succeed. As for the GCN releasing everything at once, now that I think of it, you're actually kind of right. >_>

Zekey, you win the debate. Nintendo's E3 2008 sucked. The only announced game by them that interests me is Animal Crossing but for online play, they have a shitty alternative for a headset. Fucking Nintendo screwed up big time. I've never seen so many hardcore Nintendo so furious at Nintendo. Also, this petition is worth signing.
