I forgot to make his eyes like a machine,
I just noticed that thing on his head was'nt a hat
and I forgot his flamingo

the eye marks arent the way you drew em, the vulture wasn't necessary though, lol.
You made the collar part of his jacket, You gave him three white marks on his jacket, gave him a fang, and the traffic light is kinda off detail, but I don't count that against you, since that is pretty much  the hardest part of him to draw.
