I hate to break it to you guys saying you're moving to San Francisco but, you're not.   rent there is like minimum 2500 dollars a month for a shared apartment in the cheapest part of the city right now, assuming you'll even be able to find a place for rent anywhere.  if you can afford that, great but a better point is why would you even want to pay that much just to eat sourdough, it's not really that great.

don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking the city, it's pretty cool (if you don't mind talking to everyone you meet about their uber inspired startup, anyway) but it is not even close to being worth the price of rent.  Realistically, you'll probably have an easier time finding  somewhere nearby like Daly City or Oakland.
