If that name rings a bell with anyone, please enlighten me. A long time ago when I was once a young lad, I stumbled upon a strange and confusing manga that had a shark/spider monster that crashed through windows and killed people, at the time, it was the bizarre thing I've ever seen in a manga.

This is the OVA with that monster. I have no idea what the anime is about, but I found that goddamn monster again. I left a NSFW tag in the title as there's sex and other weird shit in this anime.
