I don't know what oekaki means but it's just like groupboard except it has more features that are much more useful, for example you can create private boards and public boards for friends and other people, much more ease in choosing colors and erasing and then theres a gallery, etc.

the picture of that sketch is amazing, and if you actually made that other picture in ms paint 2pac is gonna shit himself.

Here's a recent animation I made by drawing the frames in paint and importing to flash, lol. The humor is something I guess you'd only understand if you played GunZ online and went to the forums.
