I like the butler one, the tray being a bit tilted is a nice touch.

Glad you guys like the gator.
He's still pretty rough, but I'll finish him later on.
The butler's actually a sketch for a stop motion character I'm making now, so he'll probably never be a finished piece unless I end up liking him enough.
