I did this one a while ago.
*And yes, I shrinked it down with imageshack*
This is what I see so far, in my opinion;
-The head is too large, about 1.5x his body...
-The hair looks too spikey, and looks more like a shattered plate on his head, i dunno...
-His face is too long, either that or just fucked up... Pretty much the head makes it like that...
-His right arm seems a bit shorter than his left...
-His nose... God the nose is a fucking bean...
Anything else I'm missing?
he's arms look like that old cartoon sailor's arms.
His left shoulder, where his left arm meeted the rest of the body, looks somewhat awkward.

He's supposed to have thick arms like that.

I dunno about that, actually...
I shifted the shoulder up a bit to go with his arm held up and him clutching his fist.
is he suppose to eat spinach? cause he should be.

I dunno bout that, but maybe...
your characters all have one flaw that i think is preventing you from making your art much, much better. they all feel extremely disjointed, like the pieces aren't fitting together. try and think of a character more like pieces that fit together, rather than parts being separate.

I'm beginning to figure that out, I gotta start them off with a skeletal sketch.
