try and think in 3D shapes rather than lines - you might wanna spend a bit more time on the actual construction/sketching phase too

its not bad. her proportions are good since you kept to the "7 sections" thing. practice hands and feet some more

On a more serious note - you might want to start doing more figure studies to help you think in 3D, and supposedly you pick on on anatomy subconsciously the more you do it - because those legs are looking a little bit too long there.

at the very least try studying anatomy and practice using pictures from magazines and pictures, helps a lot u know

i just think you need to be more loose and free in your sketches. don't worry so much about going over the same lines you've already made. try a pose that's not so stiff
