someone from my class told me about this 'rumor'

does someone here know anything about this?
after googling i found out that WB bought the rights back in 2008, but did they say anything about it since then? to me it sounds like its cancelled

i remember the main reason smith didnt do the movie years ago was that nickelodeon wanted to add britney spears to the soundtrack in order to gain funding

now the soundtrack is hardly a concern considering the whole production is being fronted by someone who thinks tom and jerry have a 'sibling rivalry'

I'm a fan of Smash Mouth's old music. It was about the time of this album I began to dislike them, so I can say without fear of being told   that you sir, are wrong.
