They accepted my portfolio and told me that I should clean up my shit on my art work as it was very messy! Ive always had a problem with this and I cant use like a cloth cause I end up getting so into the drawing that I forget about it and just end up right back with my hand against the paper again! How do you guys keep your artwork from bein messy?

Also I met a lady on Newgrounds. Got a hot webcam date with her tonite

Congratulations on getting accepted yo!
I'm left handed, so just about everything I've ever written/drawn gets smeared and whatnot
For marker boards, I've gotten good at writing without my hand touching the board, so that's my best advice along with erasing any extra sketchiness from your work

i used to smudge my drawings a lot too, until i took a painting class and everytime my hand leaned against the canvas to paint little details i ruined the whole thing and had to start over. eventually i just trained myself to not do it !

i usually draw with ballpoint pen so i got in the habit of just resting my hand on the paper

now that i'm doing painting etc. i'm trying to stop it

do the heavy details going from left top to bottom right if you're right handed, or top right to bottom left if you're left handed. that way the side of your hand will never be over places where you've put down medium
