Supposed to be me looking up, but I'm not GOD with the paintbrush tool/mouse,
But, what's the shading like? I tried to get it right,
Any suggestions would be swell

^the image is supposed to be my profile pic for my forums and site,
if you want the image to just show up, save it as a png instead of a bmp. they both are the same quality, but bmp's take up more filespace.
anyway, the drawing isn't too bad. that kind of view is hard to do, because a foreshortened face on that perspective plane (especially a cartoon one) has to have every mark done right to look good. i would suggest that you try it from a different angle instead of straight on if you'd want another "looking up" kind of view. straight-on is a little boring because of how symmetrical the image can be.
the shading is alright, but the difference between the base tone and the shadow is so little i can't really tell, except for the forehead, where the light seems more extreme. make sure you decide on a light source and its strength before you start shading. if it's a soft light, use less saturated colors. if it's bright, use more dynamic and darker shadows.
