you're forgetting that pirates of the carribean was a disney project and that included a woman visibly getting shot in the head at one point as well as rampant alcoholism and other 'dark' things
nothing is going to happen to marvels franchises
the pirates of the caribbean movies would be really really good if disney people hadnt just made up the plot of the sequels (wich included characters coming back to life not to mention a lot of completely nonesensical shit even by fantasy sci-fi standarts) with a lot of misleading and confusing shit going on and every character trying to get something and you just have to forget all the plot and try and enjoy the battles n shit
what Im trying to say is that most comic book movies have enough distorsioned plots and characters (spiderman 3)as an excuse to make more movies already without disney nitpickin them out
I never said this was a bad thing (in fact, if Disney doesn't change the structure at Marvel at all it looks like it'll be a win/win situation for both), but this whole thing came out of nowhere.

Im not talking about the logo itself I mean that if disney eventually wanted to exploit marvel and be more involved in the making of the movies/whatever it would probably suck a lot more than if they had just left marvel do their job.

Disney wouldn't want to do anything because all the hardcore marvel fans will go apeshit thus ruining their market. With Disney's funding Marvel will probably be able to make more movies and shit. Just think Pixar and Marvel teaming up to make some awesome CGI animations etc.

The chances of something absolutely horrible happening to the Marvel franchise is slim to nil. Disney probably did this because they want to get that demographic theyve been unable to obtain for years. Remember Gargoyles? Disney made Gargoyles and it wasnt all that bad.
