I often use audacity to cut or check specific audio/sounds/voice acting that I want to use in a flash, and save my audio files as .mp3
Sometimes (1 of every 6 times) when I import the audio files into flash and insert them in a keyframe, the audio loses the first second or so.
anyone here knows what the fuck s going on? im tired of wasting time with this issue every time I start something new.
Its a glitch.
Thats why I always put 3 seconds of silence in front of any stuff I export from audacity and then cut out that stuff in flash\\\'s sound envelope editor.

i always fix any sync problems with streaming audio by housing the mp3 within an invisible movieclip, works every time
heres a question:
why the fuck has flash had the same glitches for so long without them ever being even remotely fixed? you have all these stupid sound sync issues, the pencil tool and blend layers all cause immense lag and filesize, you cant use the eyedropper on a gradient without it fucking up every gradient you try to create afterwards, and now there's a whole plethora of new glitches with cs4. i thought adobe would come to the rescue and actually debug this shit but nothin ever changes
adobe doesn't have to come to the rescue because they don't have serious competition
yeah there's no competition for flash so they can turn it into a steaming pile of spyware if they feel like it and people will still be stuck with it
