I'm sure you guys saw that god awful trailer for Freaky Flickers, the film based on some apparent fad most people haven't heard of.

Well news from Cartoon Brew is it's never going to see the light of day. And the guy who made it is living out of his car now. It's actually a sad tale. This guy had been making this on his own for the past 4 years, then one day he takes a nap and his editor basically takes all the computers and external hard drives. Although reading his side of the story, he honestly thought his film was going to actually change the way films are made. riiiight. Also his claim that it was going to be picked up by MGM for a theaterical release seems fishy.

The story is made up, he destroyed everything in a fit of rage when he realized that what he had been working on for the past four years was utterly terrible.




Or at least that's what I choose to believe.

it's a 'movie' about crazy bones

it probably would have been more devastating for him to finish it and realize nobody wants to watch it
