Apparently Fox is having an animation contest where the winner gets $10,000 and a development deal. Sounds pretty good, but too bad it's Fox.

It has to be 2 to 4 minutes long and holiday related, any holiday I guess.

It's ironic that they tell competitors to be unique since all the animated shows on Fox aren't unique in the least, except The Simpsons, but that's just because they've been around the longest.

The deadline is August 31st.

if you make FOX free content, which the rules clearly state they maintain ALL RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHTS OVER, for a contest that will only award someone who blatantly rips off Seth McFarlane's style of humor and editing, in the form of a 2 to 4 MINUTES of FREE ANIMATION, you are a FUCKING IDIOT.

yeah but its a billion times worse because in fox contests if you are original and funny you lose and fox gets to shit all over your work
