a really great artist is Del tha Funkee Homosapian. He also goes by Deltronic. He's fucking amazing. the only rapper i actually enjoy. i think he's a member of Gorillaz actually!
my favorite album of his is called "i wish my brother george was here". It's kinda old. All of his shit is amazing tho.

len, N.E.R.D., any and all MF Doom collaborations (madvillian, dangerdoom, etc), and for what its worth Big D of the ska band Big D and the Kids' Table made a "rap" album thats kinda funny.
