Nice animation, some decent character designs (as in illustrations)
Course the voice acting is a bit on the dull side. And some of the lines seem like theyre simply there to make the charcater seem "cool" or some shit. And I have no idea whats going on yet!
But no its very nice. Im just holding it to a higher standerd since it is higher quality.

Unknown and Zeurel's (http://zeurel.newgrounds.com/) stuff are both fucking amazing. Basically they do these movies for "tournaments" on DA, where it tests their ability to storytell and make use of a set universe and characters. Most of the entrants do comics but these two specifically do animation. The scary part is that they do them INCREDIBLY fast and for the most part they're all of incredibly high quality.
EDIT: Also that's mainly why it's so hard to determine what's happening. Unless you're completely invested in the tournaments they do these for and you read every winning entry to completely keep up with the story, it's pretty difficult to tell what's going on. That's why I typically just see these when they're finished and enjoy them for what they are.
Some of the voice acting was really shitty, these guys can do better. Very nic animation though

i like the scenario settings and the animation style, one of my favorites is the battle/running sequences
this unknown person guy knows his stuffs and seems to be very experienced
even though it has the same anime cliche setup, its still ace in terms of animation and quality
